A bit about Cec...
Cec Peterson is a singer/songwriter/story-teller through songs, from the Hunter Valley, NSW. Passionate about supporting live music, artists & venues alike, Cec plays a wide range of covers & original songs in an acoustic style with guitar accompaniment. She wears her heart on her sleeve as is evident by her emotive, raw & touching lyrics. Known from 2006 as part of The Rough Diamonds, in 2019 Cec went solo - creating an even more intimate and engaging experience for audiences. She released her debut solo single, Thankyou For Cheatin’ On Me in 2020. This track gained airplay on high rotation right across Australia as well as the UK & the US! Cec has just released her second solo single, “In A Moment” in March 2023 & the song has already gained traction across Community Radio Stations.
2023 is shaping up to be a very big year for Cec Peterson. She is kicking goals & grabbing life with both hands - living “in the moment”!!
